We have 4 superb en- suite rooms & 1 with private bathroom, all with one or two double beds, all non- smoking.
There are 2 bars and a 70 cover restaurant serving delicious home-cooked food.The staff and the locals are friendly!!
We have a beautiful large garden with a great kids play area and lots of car-parking.

Whichever road you approach Norwich from the simplest way to find us is take the ring road and follow the brown signs to The Norfolk Broads . You will turn on to the A1151 Norwich to Wroxham Road at a roundabout near a garage with lots of 4x4 vehicles, we are just one mile from there.
