It is situated on a private estate and there are footpaths leading from the property, ideal for dog walking. Wroxham is 10 miles, offering daily boat trips which is a good way to experience the beauty of The Broads. Bacton Woods is close by, ideal for cycling, walking and woodland picnics. East Ruston Vicarage Gardens are just a short drive away with over 32 acres of outstanding gardens. Cromer and Sheringham, 14 miles. Alternatively spend a day in the cathedral city of Norwich. There is something for all the family to enjoy. Shop and pub 1 mile.

A lovely property in a great location - very quiet surroundings with fabulous sea views to the front. The beach is just a short walk away (about 8min), and the costal path is in front of the house. This gave us lots of choice for dog walks without ever needing the car.We loved the very comfortable sofas and the amazingly well equipped kitchen - there is literally everything I would have at home in my own kitchen! The oven is a little old perhaps but still in perfect working order. A small suggestion to improve the property even further would be to replace the current TV with a smart TV.
