Perfect, faultless. A happy to be in home and garden. Location allows so much to eee and do from the doorstep. Ingham Swan down the road could wish for nothing else except a shorter journey from the North to get there. We hope to go next year. Big thank you to owners Angela and Stephen and housekeeping team

This is a well equipped and comfortable house in a quiet location conveniently located for access to nearby Hickling Broad and the coast at Horsey. The welcome hamper full of local goodies was well thought out. Looking forward to returning in the future.

We had a lovely time in this holiday home. Beautiful setting and the house was very well decoarated and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. We did find the very low back sofas uncomfortable to sit on, but I guess this is preferance. There were a few things which would of been helpful to have, but didn't spoil our stay. A shower tray over the shower door for toiletries, a number of kitchen essentials we felt were missing. In particular an oven glove, more than 2 teatowels, kitchen roll, a sieve and a potato masher. In addition to this and although not essenital we would of found it useful to have an electric whisk, working kitchen scales, cake tins and storage tubs/tupperware. We loved the welcome hamper which was very kind and generous. We would definitely book again.
