The seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham are 12 miles away, or visit Wroxham 12 miles away, known as the capital of the Broads. A great day out for children is the outdoor adventure park at Horning called Bewilderwood. A must visit is the beach at Horsey Gap where you will see over a hundred seal pups between the months of December – February. Explore historic houses and NT parks. East Ruston Vicarage Gardens are just a short drive away, alternatively spend a day in the fine city of Norwich, which offers cathedrals, theatres, a castle, museums and a great array of shops and cafes. Walking, cycling, bird watching and fishing are available from your doorstep. Beach 200 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
