I do really like this place and I have already booked for next year because of the location and having good parking as I have just changed my car and want to look after it. My dog and I spend a lot of time on the beach or at Bacton Woods. One thing I would recommend is having a good window cleaner to do the windows and doors more regularly. Also the side of the property from the kitchen door needs a good clean down. Overall it tickets a lot of boxes for me.

We’ve had a wonderful stay at Sea Breeze and were sorry to leave. The cottage is clean, comfortable and very well equipped, but the real highlight is the incredible location-those sea views are simply stunning, and the direct access to the beach was perfect. Bramble, the four-legged member of our family absolutely loved her daily runs along the sand!It’s been a truly relaxing weekend and we couldn’t have asked for more. We'd highly recommend Sunday lunch at The Ingham Swan - absolutely superb - and breakfast at the Kingfisher Café in Walcott, just along the coast road.A lovely stay in a beautiful spot—thank you very much!

Lovely spacious bungalow right on the beach. We and our dog just loved it. Ample parking for two cars. Property was spotlessly clean and well equipped with Bosch appliances.
