A wonderful place to stay. They really have thought of all the comfort you could need. The hot tub is only a couple of feet from the door and is under cover so it can be used on the coldest/or wet days. The welcome basket was amazing and the afternoon tea was delicious.

Perfect location for exploring Norwich and the coast of Norfolk. Very comfortable and well equipped. Fantastic views over the fields. Wonderful welcome afternoon tea, wine and assorted croissants when we arrived which were very much appreciated after a 3 hour journey there. Owners live next door but the bungelow is still very private. We took advantage of the hot tub every day which was a real treat. Highly recommended.
