A large patio area with BBQ and timber bench is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. An outside tap enables any muddy boots to be washed down. While to the front of the property, garden furniture enables guests to sit back and watch the comings and goings on the river Yare, there is private mooring available.
