Guests say

Nautical Nook offers spacious, comfortable accommodation in a peaceful riverside setting, with excellent access to local amenities and attractions. Guests appreciate the well-equipped interior, helpful owners, and opportunities for fishing and boating. While the property is generally clean and inviting, some areas—particularly the showers, exterior, and certain furnishings—could benefit from modernisation and maintenance. The lack of WiFi and low beds are noted, but overall, the property provides a relaxing and enjoyable base for exploring the area.

Most guests found the property clean and tidy, with only minor comments about the need for updated towels and some exterior areas requiring a tidy-up.

The location is highly praised for its peaceful riverside setting, proximity to Tesco and local takeaways, and easy access to attractions such as the beach and Museum of the Broads.

Guests found the accommodation spacious and comfortable, though several mentioned the beds being too low and not ideal for those with mobility issues.

The property is well-equipped with a smart TV, kitchen amenities, and outdoor seating, plus use of a boat and canoe. However, guests noted poor shower pressure, lack of WiFi, some tired furnishings, and suggested additions like a washing machine and umbrella.

The owners are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, offering local tips and assistance. While gifts are not mentioned, the attentive service is appreciated, though such experiences cannot be guaranteed.

The villa was beautiful, large, airy and spotless. It had everything you could need and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great with plenty of storage. Outside was incredible, plenty of room to relax with the decking under the shade or by the side of the river. Fishing was good and there was ample frontage. The owners were lovely, made us feel very welcome, offered tips on where to eat and the local areas to visit.Overall a fantastic break, couldn't have asked for more.

A comfortable lodge in a quiet location by the staithe. However, occasionally very loud planes could be heard. Museum of the Broads with boat trips just round the corner. Tesco's a short drive away. Easy access by car to several places of interest.

The house is bigger than it looks on the photos, use of the boat and canoe was a plus . The only negative is the showers they are beyond rubbish.
