Within easy reach is the lovely seaside resort of Cromer, known for its iconic pier and year-round shows. Enjoy a round of golf at Mundesley, or if the table tennis at the cottage isn’t enough, a game of tennis in North Walsham. Next stop is Happisburgh, famous for its striped lighthouse and local seal colony, where you may even catch the pups in winter! Not to forget The Broads National Park, a fascinating 125-mile network of waterways, as well as beautiful walking and cycling opportunities. Whatever the weather, Manor Farm House is a superb choice and a characterful cottage for your next Norfolk break.

There was also an unpleasant smell in the lounge probably from years of fires but the dirty settee’s would most likely contributed. The handle on the front door is dangerous as it’s so close to the metal door seal, I scraped my fingers badly several times!

The house had everything we needed and the children loved playing in the very large garden. A trip to the Ship inn in nearby Mundesley is well worth a visit.

We loved our stay and the beautiful garden.
