Located on the North East coast of Norfolk, Mundesley is a pretty Victorian seaside village bursting with tradition and charm, as well as boasting beautiful wide sandy beaches, beach huts and scenic walks such as the very popular circular walk. Along with a variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes, you are nestled in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which provides fantastic walks and is very popular with lovers of wildlife. Take a short drive to the scenic Norfolk Broads and the popular locations of Cromer, Holt, Overstrand and Sheringham are all within easy reach and if retail therapy is on the agenda then the historic cathedral city of Norwich is just twenty miles away. You enter this cosy and charming chalet through the front door you immediately get the impression a lot of care and attention to detail has gone into making this a fabulous coastal holiday home. Not just in having all the home away from home touches but the nautical themed artwork in every room. The lounge is very comfortable and has two, two seater sofas which surround a wall mounted smart TV complete with some ambient mood lighting which switched on adds to the relaxing environment. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything the chef of the group needs to prepare a hearty meal with its electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and a washing machine in case you get sand in your socks from the local beach. There are two bedrooms each with storage space for your personal items and you have a choice out of the double bedroom or a twin bedroom which both share a family shower room and WC. Outside the garden area isn t enclosed but you have a lovely lawn area around the property guests have free use of and the owners have created a bespoke storage unit within the lounge which holds some garden chairs and also a "festival trolley" which includes a wide wheeled trolley, beach chairs, beach brolly and a wind break, so why not enjoy a drink outside and soak up some sun. There is private off road allocated parking for the chalet for one car. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 shower room with shower and WC.
