Only one word would adequately describe this property -superb! However to elaborate, the property was exceptionally clean, well equipped and although it is an annex to the owners house, it was very quiet, secluded and peaceful. To top it all the owners David & Deborah Williams are very friendly and warm characters without being overbearing.

What more can I say as a recommendation other than the fact that we have booked again for next year?Everything about this accommodation sparkles; from the level of cleanliness to the owners! It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into providing everything one would need for a superb stay. We love to drive into Cromer visiting the local Waitrose on the way. We walk the coastal path along to the excellent Cliff Top Cafe at Overstrand. This year we visited the National Trust property, Felbrigg Hall which is nearby and well worth a visit.
