Location is great, lots of wildlife visitors to the extensive garden. They live in the woods right next door and wander freely. Grandson loved seeing the deer every morning in the gardenHostess is a lovely lady. The property is good, furnishings very eclectic but comfortable. Kitchen area is very compact so if you were thinking of cooking a meal, it may be a little difficult as the cooking facilities are pretty basic, (I think I'd replace the dishwasher with an electric cooker tbh), but hey, you're on holiday! I'd advise care when using hot water as it's VERY hot, no doubt in order to conform with the regulations governing rental properties. Lovely spacious shower in the bathroom and great to have facilities both up and down, stairs.Plenty of pleasant walks in the area. Fishing was good at Wroxham my grandson informed me and the Chinese takeaway we used in Wroxham was very good value - grandson declared the chips "banging" and his Hong Kong sweet & sour chicken the best he's had (think it's called the golden fry or something similar, just over the bridge, next to a kebab shop). Plenty of food providers in Wroxham. Roy's has certainly grown since we used to hire boats on the broads when the boys were young!!

Beautiful area, quiet and garden full of wildlife.Very responsive owner, had a couple of issues which were resolved quickly.Good location for exploring area.If tall need to be careful of head space upstairs due to shape of roof. Not pristine in cleanliness and a small welcome pack would have been a good touch ….. hence why only giving 3 stars.

A lovely property set on the edge of a beautiful village next door to the owner’s home. There is plenty of outdoor space and attractive views from the windows. The property is comfortable, well heated and with modern settee, armchair and dining table. It provides a great base for exploring the Broads close by and the coast a little further away. However, we must agree with much that the previous reviewer has said concerning the properties short comings and feel that many of these could be easily rectified.
