Set in a quiet, private lane, this delightful, well equipped holiday home is situated in the heart of Wroxham with lovely views from the living room and kitchen across its private, lawned garden, leading directly to the waterside, ideal for fishing enthusiasts. Cycle hire and day launches may be hired locally and moored in our quay heading. The coastline for excellent sandy beaches is only 12 miles away and the city of Norwich with its cathedrals, museums, theatres, cafes and shops is 8 miles. Bewilderwood in Horning offers an outdoor tree house adventure with zip wires, jungle bridges and marsh walks. Sprowston golf course is 5 miles away. Shops and pubs 200 metres.

This was our second stay at Herons Quay, and it was just as clean and comfortable as our first. The house contains everything you need for a self catering break (although a pair of cooking tongs would have been useful), and it was handy doing an on line shop before arrival so that we didn't have to carry heavy items from Roys.We all had an amazing break, and loved every second of our stay.Ages ranged from 8 years to 70 years and there is something in Wroxham to please us all. The house is sited in an excellent position to access all the amenities Wroxham has to offer, yet is so peaceful.Next door neighbours are really friendly too, which certainly adds charm to the place.
