We totally loved this cottage. It us beautiful decorated very comfortable peaceful location and just perfect for those wanting a peaceful holiday. To add to this it's fantastic for dogs. Short walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Cafes withing walking distance. Main supermarket 15 minutes drive. Very well equipped. However frodge freezer is small so don't go too mad with the frozen stuff. My only negative would be having to vacate by 9am and prefer 10am as it just spoils the last day a little bit rushing to get out. Maybe it suits some people but we prefer a later check out. That said we'd love to stay again.

It has been a pleasure staying at Field Crest for the last two weeks. We have thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, as well as exploring the many beautiful towns and villages around Norfolk. The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed walking over the sand dunes and along the beach to Sea Palling. My parents spent their honeymoon in Sheringham in 1975, so it was lovely to visit, take some photographs, and send them to my mum to show her just how much it has changed over the years. We would definitely recommend Field Crest to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday in a beautiful part of Norfolk. The only thing that let our stay down was the behaviour of the people staying in the neighbouring cottage. Unfortunately, they showed little consideration for other guests by parking wherever they wished, walking through areas without regard for others, and allowing their dogs to roam freely. They also never seemed to acknowledge or greet fellow guests. While this is, of course, beyond the owners' control, it did detract slightly from an otherwise wonderful holiday.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.
