A wonderful cottage in a beautiful rural location, the perfect place to relax and unwind. The Barn was comfortable, well furnished and equipped, just right for our family. We loved the peace & quiet and the animals visiting the fields. Skeyton is well located to visit the best of Norfolk: Norwich, National Trust properties, Wildlife Reserves and the Coast.

We had a lovely family holiday staying at Elm Tree Barn, Norfolk. This converted barn was located in a peaceful location in the Norfolk countryside. The accommodation was well-equipped, beds were very comfortable, and the hosts made us feel very welcome. The location is fantastic with so many great places to visit within a relatively short distance including the beautiful Blickling Estate (National Trust). We also had an evening meal at the Goat Inn which is highly recommended.

We had a lovely relaxing week away at Elm Tree Barn. A really comfortable cottage with amazing views across a huge field of sweetcorn. We spent a lot of time spotting wildlife from hares to deer and much more. Mundesley was the nearest beach to give our dog a really good run where there was even beach at high tide. The bed was comfy and the shower was excellent. I would highly recommend this cottage if you want to get away from everything (although WiFi is more than adequate) and enjoy being out in the country.
