Walking through the patio doors takes you to an enclosed lawned garden with a picnic table, perfect for watching the children play safely as you enjoy a glass of wine in the evening in the last light over Bacton. With the Norfolk coastline just a short walk away, the Norfolk Broads close by too and an abundance of picturesque coastal villages nearby, the possibilities for exploration are endless. Hard floors throughout would avoid this. The shower was loose on the wall and the valve isolating the bath tap did not work, so when the overhead spray or hand held spray was in use the water also ran from the tap, reducing the pressure. The blind in the bedroom with the double bed was broken and had to be closed one slat at a time. The garden is just right for our little dog.

Great location, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels & bedding. Only feedback would be to provide more comfortable garden furniture and a brolly for outdoor living.
