This property is very thoughtfully set out with many nice touches for relaxation and comfort. It is very stylish, clean and comfortable throughout. The owners were very helpful and communication was easy. The only downside was the two flights of very steep and windy stairs. Although there was a handrail to help you climb them, may I suggest that you say "not suitable for elderly or those struggling with mobility" on the property description. Thanks
Amanda
Great location in the centre of Mundesley - there is a lovely coffee-shop just around the corner, as well as a bakery which sells delicious sourdough as well as a selection of cakes. Easy to walk to the beach, with long strolls along the sand in both directions. Parking directly outside for 30 mins only to allow for drop-off and loading but then need to move...we managed to find on-street parking a few minutes walk away. Useful cellar with washing machine and airer for drying clothes.

Very mixed review. For my sister and I the house was more than adequate in size downstairs. Please note for larger parties it would be a squeeze as there is only seating for 4 persons in the lounge and in the small courtyard, and the kitchen only has an under counter size fridge. The showers were great plenty of hot water and powerful. Heating also very efficient. Sadly I have to come to the beds. Except for the front bedroom on the 1st floor all the other mattresses where very basic and springs could be felt though the very thin toppings which proved to be extremely painful to try and sleep on. The bedding was great so this was a real shame as luxury for me means a good night’s sleep.
