Foxley Wood Cottage, a welcoming, detached cottage is located in the grounds of the owner’s home, on the edge of the delightful Norfolk village of Spixworth. Within proximity to Norwich and at the rear of Norwich Airport, this Spixworth cottage is a fabulous touring base for a couple on a romantic retreat. The interior of this cottage is contemporary, with a large double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and an open- plan living area. Outside there is a private lawned garden with a patio area, where you can sit with a morning coffee as you plan your day's adventures. The world-famous Norfolk Broads is just a couple of miles from this Spixworth cottage, with the main boating centres of Wroxham, Hoveton and Horning all just short drives away. Spend a day in the wonderful city of Norwich, famed for its two cathedrals as well as its excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants, before spending an evening at the theatre or cinema. The Norfolk coast is approximately twenty miles away, so take a day trip to the traditional resort of Great Yarmouth or pop up to Cromer and sample its famous crabs! With excellent facilities to enable you to fully enjoy your holidays. Good quality bedding, comfy bed and excellent shower. Situated in a great location, with easy access to amenities and near to lots of places of interest. Easy to find and lovely fully enclosed outside area with the added benefit of security gates. Hosts were easy to contact and the neighbours very helpful. Would definitely book again.

It was clean and had everything needed for a weeks break. Jasper our cocker spaniel loved the garden too.
