There is a enclosed garden at the rear of the property. 30 Burtons Mill welcomes six guests to the popular Burton's Mill development at Stalham Staithe, a quiet residential area just a short walk away from the sparkling River Ant and a hub of amenities.Enter the property via the side front door with easy self check in. There is a lovely enclosed back garden benefiting from the morning sun ideal for coffee or alfresco breakfast. There is an additional outside seating area at the front of the property, which is a lovely spot to dine or simply watch the world go by, this area of the house benefits from sun all afternoon and well into the evening. Stepping inside you’ll find a spacious kitchen/diner with a fantastic choice of state-of-the-art appliances to cook up your meals, whilst the dining table awaits, for evening dinner parties and nights of board games over a bottle of wine. Be welcomed into the homely sitting room, a sociable space to gather with your loved ones for a family film night in front of the Smart TV as you cuddle up on one of the plush sofas. Completing the ground floor is a handy cloakroom, whilst the family bathroom rests upstairs, featuring an indulgent bath for an evening of bubbles, as well as a refreshing overhead shower. Drift off to sleep in one of the charming bedrooms, comprising of a double, a bunk room and a king-size, which benefits from an en-suite walk-in shower room and a lovely Juliette balcony with views of the surrounding town and far-reaching river. Take a leisurely stroll and venture into the local town of Stalham, home to a plethora of shops and supermarkets where you can stock up on supplies, as well as a rich choice of dining, pubs, and takeaways when you fancy a night away from the kitchen. Other local attractions include the East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden, Radar Museum, the Museum of the Broads, and a beautiful marina where you can hire a canoe from the exciting boat yard and journey along the glistening River Art. Spend a day in the tranquil seaside village of Waxham, relaxing on the sandy front of Waxham Beach, or venture over to Cromer to find another glorious beach, a golf course, and the Amazona Zoo. A museum that will give you a better understanding of the Broadland ecosystem is essential as Stalham is one of the main starting sites for boating vacations on the Norfolk Broads.
