Situated on a 50 acre equestrian farm four miles from Coltishall, this attractive two bedroom cottage dates from the early 19th century and provides excellent accommodation for families or outdoor activity breaks. The attractions of Norwich and Wroxham are both seven miles away.
Inside
The stylish lounge has a leather suite, exposed beams, Sky TV and a DVD player. A dining area can be found in the kitchen along with modern self catering facilities such as an electric oven, hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are four TVs including three with Sky service and one with Freeview.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, oil central heating, fuel and power. The bedroom off the main king size double bedroom is only suitable for children aged nine years or older.
The owner can arrange sailing lessons, winter shooting breaks and trips to nearby racing days.
