For gardeners, East Ruston Gardens and Hoverton Hall are a must-see. Liked being next to the stream. Well equipped and clean. Only quibble was the toilet blocked twice. Possibly caused by heavy downpours of rain, not overuse as we were out every day for most of the day. Heating worked well. Enjoyed our stay, good location.

Number 15 The Dell was a lovely retreat and perfect for a holiday both my son and myself enjoyed our stay and the facilities were great

Both my wife and I developed back ache. Also, we had trouble with the kettle to start with as the lead/connection to the plug seemed to have a fault. We left on the afternoon before as we did not want to get up so early to be out of the property by 09.00 on the day of departure. All other properties we have ever stayed in have a 10.00 departure time, which is much more reasonable.
