Guests generally appreciate the peaceful setting and proximity to the beach and local amenities. The property is praised for its cleanliness, cosy atmosphere, and well-equipped nature. The welcome packs and attention to detail are frequently mentioned, adding to the positive experience. Some minor maintenance issues and site-specific concerns were noted, but overall, guests enjoyed their stay and many would return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is consistently described as clean and well-kept, with several reviews highlighting its spotless condition. A few guests mentioned finding dust and a couple of minor cleaning oversights, but these seem to be exceptions to the general standard of cleanliness.

The location is highly regarded for its quietness and proximity to the beach, shops, and pubs, all within a short walking distance. The peaceful surroundings and easy access to local attractions contribute to the high score.

Guests find the property comfortable and cosy, with several positive comments about the beds and the overall atmosphere. There are suggestions for minor improvements, such as mattress replacement and shower size, but comfort is generally well-received.

The property is praised for being well-equipped and thoughtfully furnished. However, there are mentions of maintenance issues such as a broken shower handle and difficulty locking a window, which slightly lower the score in this category.

The owners' thoughtfulness is frequently mentioned, with welcome packs and treats for dogs being appreciated. While these gestures are well-received, it is politely noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Very quiet area with some lovely walks. It was very windy while we were here but it didn’t stop us getting out and about. The chalet was lovely and warm and so quiet. For us it was a little awkward parking the car away and needing to walk over wet grass with our cases etc to get to the property but once in the property we were very comfortable. The owners were very helpful during our stay and left us a welcome pack which was very much appreciated after our six hour drive. I would recommend the property to anyone wanting a break away from the bustle, great value for money.

The property is ideally located and the quiet site allows you to relax and unwind. Our dogs and little boy love it. Will definitely book again.
