The courtyard garden to the rear of the cottage is a relaxing space in warmer weather and the comfy sofa invites you to curl up by the fire on cooler days, making this the perfect house from which to explore North Norfolk and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, all year round.
Ground floor: 2 steps up to the front door. Front door opening into lounge with comfortable seating and bay window, 43" Smart TV, DVD player, gas fire, staircase leading to first floor landing and double doors opening to: Open plan kitchen/diner with gas hob with gas oven, microwave oven, Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer , DAB radio and dining table with 4 chairs and door leading into: Conservatory with seating and door leading to rear courtyard garden.
First floor: Landing with doors leading to: Bedroom: with 1 single bed (cupboard with boiler). Master bedroom: with Kingsize bed and built in storage. Family bathroom: walk in shower, heated towel rail, WC and pedestal hand basin.
Please note: Location: beach 12-minute walk, local shops 0.2 miles. 2 x small well behaved dogs welcome at £20.00 per dog, per week. WiFi , Iron, ironing board and hairdryer provided. Travel cot available (please bring own bedding), stairgate and highchair available. Outside: small courtyard garden with shed, BBQ and outdoor furniture. Linen and towels provided. On road parking. Dog bed and dog bowls available. 4* gold awarded by Visit England for four years in a row.
