Set in the heart of the pretty coastal town of Sheringham with local pubs, cafes and shops on your doorstep, this quirky, recently refurbished, period cottage has a lovely woodburner in the dining room, a cosy courtyard and offers relaxed, contemporary accommodation. Best of all the award-winning Blue Flag beach, golf course and train station are a short stroll away.
Ground Floor:Step into - Front door leading into the dining room: with inglenook fireplace, two steps (one being a feature pebble/resin step) leading into the kitchen with door leading to rear courtyard with one step.. Kitchen: gas hob and gas oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer box and microwave. Two steps to door leading into inner hall with door to under stairs WC and washbasin, traditional steep staircase with narrow treads leading up to first floor (stair gate at top). Door to Lounge: with woodburner, comfortable seating and TV.
First floor: Small landing, with door to double bedroom: with double bed and built in storage. Hallway with door to twin bedroom: with two single beds and built in storage. Door to family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.
Outside :Back courtyard with patio and outdoor seating.
Please note: Traditional steep staircase with narrow treads. Wifi. 1 small / medium well behaved dog welcome at £25.00 per week. Location: beach 0.2 miles, cafes and shops a 1-minute stroll. Train station a 5-minute walk. Sheringham Golf course 7-minute walk.

“This is a really quirky cottage. We were very comfortable in this cottage. It had everything for your stay. The decore is modern and of good quality. We loved the patio area which was a sun trap. Sun all day. It is situated near a bakery, fruit shop, butchers and fish shop. Most officers the pubs and cafes are dog friendly. It take less than five minutes to the beach, which to the right is mainly dog friendly. The transport is very good to travel to other resorts. We would certainly recommend this cottage and will return again in the future. The only downside is difficulty parking to unload and pack your car. No on road parking.”

“Lovely cosy cottage in a great location just off Sheringham High Street. Had everything we needed for our stay. No parking but we found plenty around or car park nearby. Would definitely recommend and will definitely look to revisit in the future.”
