    Mrs Wood ‐ 1 Nov 2019
"No steps to contend with and plenty of outside lighting if required. We stayed in November so were grateful for the outside lights, equally we were able to enjoy some wildlife...saw an owl and a hare what a treat. The barn was comfortable with plenty of storage, heating and hot water. Would stay again."

" Simple instructions about keys etc, lovely well equipped kitchen. Few cobwebs/ spiders in the corners! "
    Mrs Read ‐ 1 Jun 2019
" Well equipped and welcoming tea and cakes. Thank you. "
    Mrs Greenall ‐ 1 May 2019
" The only minor niggle was the towels - bath sheets would be more luxurious and save blushes "
    Bergin ‐ 1 Apr 2019
    " Plenty of space.. "
    Mrs Breakspear ‐ 1 Dec 2018
" It was warm and and had everything to make a welcome brew with a cake to go with it. I had not expected the cottage to be so spacious. We booked the cottage to go to the Thursford extravaganza which came up to it’s marvellous best again. I really regret not booking it for longer. It is a most relaxing place. It is a place that lends itself for a friends or family gett together with the courtyard in the centre of the cottages. "
    Mrs Sharkey ‐ 1 Jul 2018
"The wifi and toaster didn't work. The crockery and glasses were so old the glaze had come off meaning they felt dirty even though they had been dishwashed."
    Mr Blundell ‐ 1 Jul 2018
"We arrived very late but what a lovely surprise. The cottage was so spacious and fully equipped including a washer dryer. There were some cakes and fresh milk coffee and tea waiting for us which was a lovely touch. We really did not want to come home. Fantastic location central to most places. Kid friendly. Thank you we will definately be booking again."
    Mr Smith ‐ 1 Apr 2018
"A note for Beechwood Cottage, Wood Norton is that a better shower head would be good as the one provided was very weak. Also the dishwasher needed more salt, rinse aid and also leaked onto the floor. The bedroom next to the main bedroom could do with a bedside cabinet instead of a chair with a bedside light next to it. Touch lamps in all bedrooms would be helpful. Also bigger bath towels as you couldn't call them bath towels which were provided. Apart from the above we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We had a fantastic weekend - even though the weather was awful. Would definitely consider coming back when the sun shines"
    Ms Hall
"Cottage is large and warm and we were able to enjoy a large family Christmas there. Location is very rural, no shops or pubs within walking distance."
    Mr Compton
"A lovely cottage very good for our elderly parents we took with us no steps in the property."
    Mr Jilks
"Quite remote, worth telling people that the pub,a mile away, has had a fire ,and has not been used for 2yrs,say locals,I'm sure this was used in the plus points.quite a journey through country roads at night for your dinner."

"Very welcoming hosts and very receptive to sorting out any problems. Beechwood is larger than the pictures would have you think, as it goes back a long way. We were a family of 6 plus a baby and there was ample room. The kitchen/lounge layout was great, providing a good community feel during pre and post meal times, the watching TV. The master bedroom was very large, the second bedroom was large and the third was typical double size. It is a warm cottage due to its recent building standards. Access to the site and cottage was easy, although being in Norfolk, it was 10 plus miles to anywhere of interest. We would recommend the Sculthorpe Community Nature Reserve and their Hawk and Owl Trust. Very easy access for wheelchairs etc and long flat walks with hides to watch the wild life. Also the faltish walk out on the Blakeney Nature reserve. Take the Back Lane turning by the Blakeney Church to go to the harbour side. We had a long walk and a good lunch at the harbour side hotel. Can't remember it's name."

"The barn conversion is a great family holiday cottage with ample space for our family over Christmas. The complex is well presented and sited on a working farm. All areas are really well looked after and the owners are friendly and very obliging."
    - Mrs Tasker, May 2017
"Fantastic cottages. 10 of us stayed in two cottages. They are so much bigger than I was expecting. Really spacious, plenty of room for 10 of us to hang out and have dinner without using the other cottage to much, apart from for sleeping. Fantastic outdoor space felt very safe for the children to play freely. Would definitly reccommend and hope to book again."

"Comfortable and within driving distance of all attractions in the area. WiFi didn't work when we arrived and had been off all the week before but was fixed on the Monday after ringing the property manager on Saturday. Nice welcome pack but strange not having owners nearby to speak to."

"We arrived after dark but Christmas lights lit up our way. Home-made buns were a pleasant surprise and went down well with our first cup of tea. The friendly owner called in to check that everything was ok and was always around to offer help and advice."
