Enter Mabel into the large open plan kitchen, dining area and living space. A spacious, calming environment that is perfect for relaxing in, whether sharing a meal with the family or snuggling up in an armchair with a good book and glass of something nice.

The living area offers a corner sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, electric wood-burner-effect fire, TV and large windows which flood the area with natural light. Patio doors open out onto decking. The modern kitchen equipped with a gas hob, oven and grill, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle and all the utensils you could need to cook a fabulous Sunday roast! The dining area has seating for 4.

The main bedroom features a king size bed with bedside tables, wall mounted bedside lights, mirror, table, small TV and over bed cupboards. The room boasts an en-suite WC and hand basin.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with a bedside table and lamp, as well as an over-bed cupboard.

The Family bathroom comprises of a walk in shower, WC, storage space and hand basin.

Mabel offers a large woodland plot with enclosed garden. Accessed via the patio doors is a decked area, perfect for watching the local wildlife pass by. There is ample parking for 2-3 cars.

Up to 2 dogs are accepted.

The Village Square is approx a 5 minute walk.
