There's lots to love about Mulberry Cottage. Fabulously spacious and rather luxurious accommodation for four, in a wonderful location very close to all the amenities of Wells - and parking for two cars too. What more could you want?
This delightful, double fronted period cottage ticks many boxes and will appeal to a small family, couples and friends who are looking for somewhere rather special to stay. A lot of thought has been put into the decor and furnishings to make it stand out and be just that little bit different. There's a mixture of new and some old, much-loved family pieces to enjoy. With two bedrooms (king-size and twin), two bathrooms, and three living areas to chose from, as well as a modern, newly fitted kitchen, there's plenty of space here to keep everyone more than happy. Thoughtful extras for young families include a cot, portable bed guard, booster seats, high chair, stair gates and a fire guard, so the whole family will enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.
If you can bear to tear yourself away for the day, Mulberry Cottage is a lovely retreat to return to after a busy day exploring Wells, spending a day on the beach, or even venturing further afield. With so much to do, it might be hard to choose. And you've no need to worry about finding somewhere to park when you get back - there are two parking spaces here for you. But, if you just want to stay in and relax, there's no nicer place to be.
From the cottage, you are only a few minutes' walk from the centre of this ever popular seaside town, with its bustling quayside, independent shops, cafes and some great gastro pubs. It's only a ten minute walk to the quay and, if you are feeling energetic, and like walking, you can reach Wells beach in another ten to fifteen minutes (or quicker if you are super fit). It's well worth the effort - this is one of the most stunning beaches you will see. There is something here for everyone, at any time of year and whatever your age. And please don't leave without trying a spot of crabbing from the quay, and some of the freshest fish and chips around.

Gorgeous comfy cottage. Well-equipped, beautifully decorated, very clean. Parking space very helpful in central Wells. We walked in and felt at home straight away. We loved the colour, the decor, the fabrics. Everything worked as well as looking gorgeous. If we can, we'll return.

Mulberry cottage was beautifully clean, very well designed and very well equipped. Everything was in exactly the right place, electric plugs by the mirror, table by the sofa and just what you needed in the kitchen. The welcome treats were great and the welcome book was the most comprehensive we have ever seen, brilliant for Norfolk newbies but helpful for returnees like us. We needed a relaxing break after a very stressful time and the cottage was exactly what we needed. Long walk on the beach light the fire and enjoying good food and wine while reading our books. Thank you.
