Boasting pedestrian access to the village high street, this hideaway is perfectly located within easy reach of amenities and many historical attractions. With the magnificent North Norfolk coastline just a short drive away, Victory Cottage is an ideal base from which to explore.
Impeccably styled throughout, Victory Cottage, delivers a delightful blend of contemporary living in a historical setting. Entering via the welcoming entrance hall, the ground floor offers a cosy snug, in addition to an inviting double-aspect sitting room with garden views, ample comfortable seating and a Smart television. The well-equipped kitchen hosts an electric oven and modern appliances. With ample worktop space, this is the ideal stage for any enthusiastic chefs to rustle up a delicious meal made from the plethora of local produce this area is famed for. With seating for four guests in the combined dining area, entertaining beckons. French doors lead onto an attractive patio area, accompanied by a particularly lovely fully enclosed rear garden circumvented by an ancient flint wall.
Upstairs on the first floor there are two bedrooms.. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and is served by a stylish en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. A double bed is provided by bedroom two, which is served by an adjacent spacious family bathroom offering bath with shower over. A convenient dressing room completes this floor.
Outside, the large patio area with table and chairs and accompanying barbecue invites alfresco dining. For guests bringing bicycles, gated side access to the garden allows for safe storage. Off-road parking for two cars is available on the driveway to the front of the house.
Little Walsingham boasts one of the best farm shops on the coast, which is located just five minutes from Victory Cottage. Also five minutes walk away, there is a light railway that runs from Walsingham to Wells most of the year. Local excellent places to eat include the Read and Digest Teashop, The Black Lion and The Bull Inn, all a short walk from the property.

Lovely, quiet, central position in village. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. A double room each plus 2 bathrooms is really good. Didn't move the car again till we went home as there are plenty of walks and public transport.
