This is our first visit to north Norfolk and we had a fantastic time. Our highlights of the week were taking the steam railway to Sheringham and going seal watching. Appletree Cottage is perfect with every comfort.

Beautiful high quality cottage that was immediately clean. Everything you can need for a comfortable stay. Great communication by the owner. Would definitely recommend.

We have just returned from the most wonderful week in Apple Tree Cottage and would thoroughly recommend both the cottage, and the location for exploring north Norfolk. The cottage is situated in a lovely quiet village, but only a short drive to everything you need in Holt. The house has been beautifully renovated and was a tranquil, relaxing space for us to enjoy after action-packed days of exploring Norfolk. The owner was so helpful in the run up to our arrival, and we were greeted with a lovely welcome pack (and delicious cake!), after a long journey. We had the most magical time and will definitely be returning - it was a perfect haven for our young family.
