Stiffkey Hideaway is a single-storey extension attached to the owner's bungalow. Tucked away down a quiet lane that leads to the Blakeney National Trust Reserve, stunning Stiffkey Marshes and North Norfolk coastal path, this really is a secret hideaway. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing location, with a touch of luxury, boasting lovely open views across farmland to the marshes beyond, this place is just for you!
The cottage style apartment has its own private entrance, and enclosed pretty courtyard garden. Spacious and comfortably furnished, with garden views from every room, the charming owners have created a very well thought out, well-equipped and special space for two - ideally suited to a couple. Two friends can easily be accommodated as there is a second bathroom and a sofa-bed in the living area. If two beds is your preference, please request on booking. This is a wonderful walking and bird watching area and, with the Coasthopper bus service regularly passing by at the end of the lane throughout the year, you can opt to leave your car behind for your entire stay and make it a truly relaxing holiday!
Stiffkey is a beautiful coastal village built on the banks of Stiffkey chalk stream and well-known for the narrow and winding road that runs through it. The handy and popular Stiffkey Stores sells newspapers, household essentials and tempting knick-knacks, and is becoming renowned for its delicious home made treats and Monmouth coffee. The Red Lion is an old fashioned, traditional village pub offering good food and a warm Norfolk welcome.

Very clean and tidy. Helpful owners next door. Lovely big bedroom with plenty of storage and great en-suite bathroom. Kitchen and lounge a little small but adequate for two people. Nice patio area with seating. A good location for exploring the North Norfolk coast.

The property was excellent, furnished to the highest standard and contained everything we needed. Derek and Isabel were fantastic hosts, and helped make our stay that extra bit special. We would be happy to recommend this property to anyone looking to holiday in Norfolk, and if we journey to that part of the country in the future, this is where we will look to stay. Definitely ten out of ten.

Lovely quiet warm cosy comfortable home from home. Great location for access to the marshes and North Norfolk coastal path, and Wells, Blakeney and Cley. Lovely hosts. An annexe surrounded by lovely gardens.
