First Floor:
Bedroom 3 with a double bed - this room has sloping ceilings and a floor hatch for a door, a wonderful room suitable for older children or adults
Garden: Front and rear garden, both enclosed and secluded. The rear garden is full of seaside artefacts and has a small pond, which may make it unsuitable for young children - care should be taken. Decked area, garden furniture, outdoor studio/summerhouse with electricity.

Heating: G.F.C.H. in all rooms except Bedroom 3 which has a free-standing thermostatic electric radiator.

Overstrand is a coastal village located in an idyllic area of North Norfolk. The village is forever immortalised as Poppyland, due to the writings of Victorian journalist, Clement Scott. It still holds a special charm and retains many reminders of its prosperous past. It is excellent for those wanting to explore the rich and diverse coast with many footpaths making it ideal for walkers. Overstrand has village shops and a pub and there are further shopping and dining facilities available in Cromer, which is just a short drive away
