Flint Barn is a spacious and well-equipped property set in a peaceful Norfolk location, ideal for family stays and dog-friendly holidays. Guests have enjoyed the property's rustic charm, the secure garden, and the proximity to lovely walks and beaches. Some thoughtful touches, such as treats for both humans and dogs, have been appreciated.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property generally meets cleanliness standards, but some guests have noted issues such as pet hair in the lounge and cobwebs in certain areas. There are also comments about items like marked bedding and unclean outdoor areas, suggesting room for improvement.

The location is praised for its tranquility and proximity to beaches and countryside walks. It is described as peaceful and quiet, with easy access to local attractions, although some guests found it a bit tricky to locate initially.

The property offers a comfortable stay with well-presented rooms and a cosy atmosphere. However, some guests have reported issues with noisy floorboards, inadequate seating for larger groups, and a lack of privacy in the open-plan bedroom, affecting the overall comfort level.

While the property is equipped with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as loose taps, problematic curtains, and non-functioning doors. These recurring concerns suggest a need for attention to facilities and maintenance.

Guests have noted and appreciated the thoughtful gestures, such as the provision of chocolates, Prosecco, and dog treats. However, it should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and not a guaranteed amenity for every stay.

We came with our family for our Golden Wedding and couldn't have asked for anywhere nicer. Never been to Norfolk before but will be back. What a beautiful place. Just very sorry we had to leave the recyclable rubbish in bags by the bins, but the bin was already full.

our challenges were there were 7 of us, so all rooms in action, different ages, so different times getting up and going to sell, the open plan bedroom meant sleeping tricky, the floor board noise meant sleeping tricky, some difficult lights switches to find for the alcove fireplace and led lights. we were aware of the open plan bedroom but probably not prepared for what it meant.
