We had a lovely stay and thought is was a great house in a lovely setting. Well equipped to a high standard. My wife thought the ripped sofa could have been covered with a throw and we could only get one jet to work on the hot tub, but there were only 2 of us so wasn't a problem. One file of notes/info would have been useful e.g. worked out how to use quooker tap boiling water from internet. But a lovely stay and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it.

Broad house was set in a beautiful setting and a short walk to the local pub which offered great food/drink options. The house was spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen space. The garden and the outside seating was wonderful and a pleasant place to enjoy a morning coffee. We used the hot tub daily which was a welcome treat for our aching legs after our long walks. We couldn’t turn the temperature down so left the lid open for 30mins before getting in so we didn’t poach…also supplying beach towels for the hot tub usage would have been beneficial rather than asking guests to bring their own. We felt that a radio/speaker would be of benefit as we liked to listen to music rather than watching tv. Finally we would have preferred lager mugs rather than the slim options that are in the kitchen Overall a great week and a perfect house to base ourselves at when discovering Norfolk. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and family

We regularly holiday in Norfolk with our son and family .Broad house was in a fantastic location. It was clearly end of season due to certain wear and tear, the dishwasher and toaster were both temperamental and we had an initial problem with the hot tub which was rectified very quickly. The kitchen could have benefited from some small sharp knives for food preparation and possibly some plastic glasses( we bought some) for outdoor use. Also a coffee machine would have been helpful.Above all we had a lovely week’s holiday.
