    Mrs Lovett ‐ 2 Aug 2021
"Holiday cottage has just had an upgrade. New windows and bedroom furniture. The owners are friendly with good local knowledge. We had a great stay. Close to many Norfolk Broads walks and other attractions. "
    Mrs Rogers ‐ 28 Jun 2021
"Quaint little cottage. Small but adequate garden area. Good location for the Broads and beaches. Plenty of walks locally. "
    Mrs Linda Pearson
"A sweet cottage, good position for the Broads. The owner was very helpful and friendly."
    Mr John Allen
"A quirky small property, ideal as a base for two from which to go out walking, cycling and exploring the broads, with a fascinating RADAR museum just 15 minutes walk down the lanes, perfect for a rainy day."
    Alberto, Wendy & Alfie
"We've loved staying here. Your cottage is so comfortable and comforting - just what we needed. Alfie has loved his walks - as have we. Norwich is a beautiful city to visit. Thank you"
    Peter, Alicia and Ralpj
"A wonderfully comfortable and interesting week in the company of our host Andree and Peter. Explored everywhere from Hickling & Ranworth to Norwich and Sheringham. Ralphie, our dog, loved the local walks and the huge garden. Most pubs do good food and allow dogs. Caught Bream, Perch and Roach at Ludham."
    Alan and Margaret Garrod
"Nice cottage in a good position for local walks, Horning and Wroxham. Good comfortable bed and any problems that cropped up were dealt with quickly. Lovely garden and lovely owners. Enjoyed our stay."
    Brian & Janet O'Hara
"We were very tired so two relaxing weeks doing nothing was very much just what the doctor ordered! Pity the NHS won't fund it! The shop in Neatishead is surprisingly well stocked and meals at the pub were very nice. We found the fish dishes at The Kings Head, in Coltishall, exceptional. The landlord is a keen fisherman and so we ate fish that was freshly caught! Cottage very comfortable and Mrs Davis most helpful. The very narrow lanes take a bit of getting used to in the car! "
    Ian and Margaret
"Cottage very comfortable and welcoming. Thank you for the cake and milk etc. Walked around the villages, visited National Trust properties and explored the coast. Boat trip at Wroxham and took the train to Norwich. Thank you"
    Mr John Seely
"Warm friendly welcome. Property in beautiful quiet & peaceful settings. All amenities as advertised. Excellent value for money. Can be difficult to find as it is tucked away in the middle of the broads but only 10-15 minutes drive to good shopping areas."
