The Nook is lovely and cosy, well equipped and has lots of thoughtful little touches with the decor and furnishings. It is spotlessly clean. We took a few mats to help our dog, as we anticipated from the photos that the downstairs of the Nook, has laminate flooring throughout. Unfortunately our dog has long claws because of her breed, and would have struggled to walk purely on the laminate. Locally, Knapton is a quiet village, but there are dog walks locally. Mundlesey has a Tescos express and a decent fish and chip shop attached to the Ship Inn. The beach has dog access on one part of the beach, but our older dog could not manage the steep steps onto the beach sadly. Overall the Nook is lovely. It is a 20 minute journey to Cromer, Wroxham and 30 minutes to Sheringham. North Walsham has supermarkets and a small Roys department store.

The cottage was very well equipped, warm and comfortable. Lovely and quiet and the village was great for walks for the dog right on the doorstep. We enjoyed days out and then came back to relax in front of the wood burner.

Excellent cottage with plenty of supplies needed to have a great stay. The cottages is quiet location and perfect to get away from the busy life. We stayed as a family and enjoyed cosy nights. The beds are extra comfy, clean and perfect cottage size.
