The light and airy property is all on ground level and benefits from a fully enclosed rear garden and parking for two cars. Situated 2 miles North of the market town of Aylsham and within 10 miles South of Cromer, this property is in the perfect spot for exploring the pretty villages and vibrant towns of North Norfolk. From Aylsham why not hop on a stream train at the Bure Valley railway and enjoy journeying through the picturesque countryside to neighbouring Wroxham. If you are feeling adventurous you can buy a combined ticket and take in the beautiful Norfolk Broads from a tour boat too! Or venture North into the Victorian town of Cromer with its famous pier, cinema, shops and seaside cafes and restaurants. Search for kiddiwitches in the rock pools when the tide is out and crabbing off of the pier is a must. Venture further along this diverse coastline soaking up sandy beaches, marshland and plenty of places to enjoy local delicacies and produce such as freshly caught fish and shellfish.
