The Coach House is a lovely spot for a family, small group of friends or couples to enjoy year round, whether you are looking for a weekend break, short stay or week's holiday. Peacefully nestled within Holt, a pretty, bustling Georgian market town bursting with charm and character and with an incredible array of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, you are only three miles inland from North Norfolk's stunning heritage coast.

The former stable block of a grand town house, which has been in the owner's family since 1847, you can enjoy the best of both worlds here: outdoor space and freedom within the heart of the town. A first floor, three-bed apartment (two doubles and a single, with a further pull-out single available on request) with a cosy wood burning stove and well-equipped kitchen, it has a comfortable, light and airy sitting/dining room which overlooks the garden, paddock and woods, all of which are available for you to explore. You can even spend the summer nights in the paddock in a beautiful Shepherd's Hut, which is available to book for the duration of your stay.

This bolt hole is an ideal base for exploring Norfolk. Holt Railway Station is only fifteen minutes' walk where you can take a ride on the Poppyline steam train to Weybourne and Sheringham, or connect up with the train to the cosmopolitan City of Norwich. Holt has its own 100-acre Country Park and Kelling Heath, with its pretty woodland trails, very close by.

Experienced sailors can, by arrangement with the owner, have access to a boat berthed at Morston.
