Enjoy cycling along quiet lanes, trails and walking at Holt Lowes, Gas Hill and Spout Hill, tennis within 1 mile, horse riding and golf within 5 miles. Loved the location brilliant hot tub it was a bonus! Buses are good there to take you to Sheringham or Norwich or Cromer. Definitely come back soon Thank you

For us the cottage was in a perfect location to explore local surroundings as well as travelling out to some of our favourite locations. Cottage is located at the beginning of Holt high street so all the lovely shops, pubs and restaurants were on our doorstep. The walk from Holt to Letheringsett was just across the road. Cromer, Sheringham and Wells are just a short drive away. Having a convenient car space across the road from the cottage is a bonus and a hot tub in the garden as a wonderful addition to the whole experience. All in all I couldn’t fault the cottage, with its warm and comfy feel. It was perfect for the two of us and our dog.

Myself, my partner and my little dog had a lovely week at the cottage. The hot tub is great. The location is excellent, just practically at the end of the high street. The parking space is very handy, just across the road from the cottage, we could see the car from the bedroom window. There are plenty of dog friendly shops and cafes in Holt which is a lovely town. Plenty of space for dog walks and Sheringham beach only 15 mins drive. All in all, we had a lovely week.
