Walk into The Harrogate to a great sized hallway with ample storage for coats, shoes, umbrellas and life essentials.

Immediately on the right is both the primary bedroom and bedroom 2.

The primary bedroom features a super comfortable king bed, wardrobe, drawers, dressing table, television, bedside tables and hair dryer. This room also contains an en-suite with shower, hand basin, WC and shaving socket.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with dressing table, wall lamps, a shared bedside table and wardrobe.

Moving further along the hallway is bedroom 3 and the family bathroom. Bedroom 3 is also a twin room with wardrobe and dressing table. The family bathroom contains a bath with shower over, hand basin, WC and shaving socket with plenty of storage and a large mirror.

At the end of the hallway is access to the large, open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is a light and bright space that is well equipped with a Neff oven, hob and grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Enjoy meals at either the breakfast bar which has seating for three, or at the dining room table which comfortably seats 6 people.

The lounge features two sofas and a lounge pouffe, electric fire, a large television and a Bluetooth sound system. There is an optional sofa bed that is suitable for either two young children or one adult (to ensure comfort!).

Outside

There is a gravel driveway which fits 2 / 3 cars alongside a lawn space perfect for games and dogs. The large wrap around decking is perfect for evening al fresco dining and benefits from lots of light.

There are wooden fold up chairs and a camping table and chairs available on request.

Notes

One dog is permitted, however the owners do not have a dog themselves and request that guests are diligent in ensuring all dog mess is cleared from the garden.

The Village Square is just a 5 minute walk away.
