Beechcroft is a fantastic retreat for people of all ages and a great base for exploring all that north Norfolk has to offer, including the coastline and a great local pub only a 5-minute drive away. It is part of the 5* rated Kelling Heath Holiday Park and is only a 2-minute walk from the park's hub, which has a variety of services including a luxury leisure complex.

Enter the home through the front door into an expansive purpose-built Porch, which is ideal for boots after a muddy walk or even towels after a day at the beach!

From the porch, enter the Living Area/Kitchen, which has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. There is also a dining table that can comfortably accommodate four people, with stool seating for two more.

The lounge room includes comfortable seating for six people and a TV.

Bedroom 1 features a double bed, wardrobe storage, a bedside cabinet, and lamps. Bedroom 2 features two single beds (2??3?), a wardrobe, along with a single bedside table and lamp. Bedroom 3 has two single beds (2??3?), a closet, and a single bedside table and lamp. The Family Bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. A separate WC is located next to the family bathroom.

Located just a few minutes drive to the busy tourist hotspots of Holt and Sheringham, as well as miles of wide, sandy beaches!
