The cottage is beautifully presented with limestone floors and underfloor heating on the ground floor. The fully enclosed rear garden looks out over fields - this is a lovely property in which to enjoy a relaxing break at any time of the year. Shop/Pub: 1.5 miles

Kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, combination microwave, dishwasher and washing machine 

Porch Area for storage of coats and boots

Dining Room with table, chairs and feature fireplace

Sitting Room with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock and open fire

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed

Bedroom 2 with twin beds

Bedroom 3 with a single bed - suitable for children only

Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and wc

Garden: Fully enclosed with patio area, table and chairs.

Parking: Driveway and roadside.

Heating: Electric underfloor heating on ground floor and electric radiators on first floor.

Extras: Towels can be hired at £4 per person per week, payable on booking.

Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Single bed in Bedroom 3 is 5ft in length, suitable for children only.

Hindringham is a pretty village, approximately six miles from the beautiful beaches of Wells and Holkham and five miles from the saltmarshes of Stiffkey and nearby Blakeney. It is a relaxing place to return to after a busy day on the beach or from having visited one of the many attractions in the area. Holt is seven miles away and offers an excellent variety of specialist shops and dining places. There is an outstanding village shop in Binham located two miles away. In the surrounding villages there are many pubs, which serve good food.
