Spacious and incredibly stylish, The Stables, is situated just two miles from the bustling, Georgian market town of Holt and only three miles inland from North Norfolk's stunning heritage coast boasting Blue Flag sandy beaches.

Packed with character, exposed brickwork and beams and vaulted ceilings, The Stables has been designed for modern, open-plan living; you enter the property in to a large and sunny, well-equipped kitchen - with electric Range oven with gas hob and smeg espresso coffee machine - dining and ground floor sitting room area, with Smart television. There is an enclosed courtyard garden, perfect to keep older children and your four-legged friends playing safely while you potter about in the kitchen, pour yourself a glass of wine or chill out in front of the television with an ear and eyes on outside. There is also a further shared, communal courtyard. The ground floor has three bedrooms, all with king-size beds and en-suite showers - there is a zip and link bed in bedroom three, which can be made in to two single beds on request. Plus, there is a family bathroom with a gorgeous roll-top bath! As you ascend the open staircase to the first floor, mezzanine sitting room, you are greeted by a blend of gorgeous fabrics and colours around an open wood burning stove, a large Smart television and a high quality pool table.

This beautiful bolthole is an excellent base for exploring North Norfolk. Located on the edge of Kelling Heath, there are woodland trails on your doorstep for your morning stroll with the hounds, and Holt, Norfolk's a pretty market town bursting with charm and character, independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, is minutes away in the car - or a short cycle ride. Holt railway station is only ten minutes' walk where you can take a ride on the heritage Poppyline steam train to Weybourne and Sheringham - the coastal views are unbeatable! - or connect up with the train to the cosmopolitan City of Norwich.
