Cleverly restored this brick and flint barn has been tastefully renovated to the highest standard and boasts a rural quiet location. Oozing modern features such as vaulted ceilings and panoramic windows yet still retaining some of its 18th century characteristic roots, Blue Tile Farm Barn offers the ultimate in style and luxury. Open the bi-fold doors and soak up fresh air and beautiful farmland views. Step out onto the paved terrace patio complete with outdoor furniture and enjoy a morning coffee whilst watching the children let off steam on the lawn. For a bit of quiet time curl up on a bean bag and watch a film or read a book on the mezzanine. If you can bring yourself to leave the property and explore you will be spoilt for choice. The pretty, and popular village of Blakeney is close by and offers a small range of shops and places to eat. Blakeney Quay is a hot spot for children to enjoy gillying, or you could relax on a bench and watch the tide trickling in or going out whilst enjoying an ice cream. For nature lovers Cley Marsh Visitor centre is a great place to do a spot of birdwatching in the hides the Bittern, Marsh Harrier, and Bearded Tit all inhabit this area. For a wider shopping experience visit the Georgian town of Holt which has a nice mix of local and high street shops, restaurants and cafes.

What a wonderful place! We visited Blue Tile Farm Barn for a friends and family weekend away. The only negative we can say is that our stay was over all too quickly! The property itself is stunning; from the moment you walk in you are hit with the impressive high ceilings and beams, amazing kitchen/living space and beautiful views across the Norfolk countryside. The kitchen was superbly equipped which made cooking a feast for 8 a doddle! The bedrooms were all immaculate, with plenty of space for everyone to crash after a fun-packed day at the beach. Thank you for such a brilliant base for our weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Tile Farm Barn, a perfect venue for a weekend away with friends or family - and were delighted that the dog could join us! The barn is finished to an exceptionally high standard and is beautiful both inside and out. I'd highly recommend staying here!

As soon as we walked into Blue Tile Farm Barn, we were hit by the fantastic scent of the most exquisite diffuses I've ever encountered. And so the tone was set - the first of the senses to be hit with the pleasure you expect at a first class spa in the very best hotel. With beds, linen and bathrooms to match, we have never been fortunate enough to find ourselves in self catering accommodation that quite matches up. Every comfort is catered for in a beautiful building, lovingly revived with boundless joys of elegance and style. We very much hope to repeat the experience in the not too distant future. Thank you for the experience!
