This wonderful ground floor cottage is located in a rural setting, just a couple of miles from Cromer within a lovely development of traditional Norfolk stone farm buildings, which also boasts an indoor swimming pool. The cottage has an abundance of character features and offers excellent accommodation for families and friends wishing to explore the North Norfolk Coast at any time of the year. Entering the cottage from the patio takes you straight in to the comfortable and spacious open plan living area, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and cosy sitting area, ideal for relaxing in the evening after a day spent exploring the local area. The two bedrooms are of a good size and the bathroom offers a bath with a separate shower. Outside is a small private patio area as well as shared laundry facilities. The complex of just nine barns has the added bonus of an indoor heated pool and children’s play area for you to enjoy throughout the year. Within short drives along this wonderful coastline are a variety of popular destinations such as Cromer, Sheringham, Wells and Holkham. There are a number of National Trust properties nearby with Felbrigg Hall in the local village, not to mention taking a boat trip to see the seals at Blakeney Point. Head inland to discover the Norfolk Broads and the superb city of Norwich. This really is a fantastic cottage whatever the time of the year.

The seaside town of Cromer in North Norfolk is known for its wonderful clifftop promenade, with attractive, colourful gardens and seating areas. Cromer also has a lovely, sandy Blue Flag beach, a beautiful Victorian pier, and a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, public houses and amusements.

Note: The swimming pool has been completely refurbished.Children are not to be left in the pool unsupervised at any time and guests cannot swim alone due to there being no life guard on duty a minimum of 2 adults are required at all times.
