Owl Barn is the perfect place to holiday in the seclusion of the Norfolk countryside, perfect for group holidays, or a family getaway. Surrounded by open farmland, yet within easy reach of amenities and popular local attractions.

Inside

Stepping into the entrance of Owl Barn, and you will see the contemporary open- plan living/ dining/ kitchen area, lovingly furnished to a high standard, yet retaining many original period features.

The lounge has a flatscreen TV, DVD player and CD player. There is also a wood- burning stove, electric underfloor heating and a centre piece brick chimney. There is also a high chair and travel cot available for young families, and a pay-as-you-go mobile phone with honesty box.

The fitted kitchen is fully- equipped with many appliances, such as a gas range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There are 4 bedrooms at Owl barn, which can comfortable sleep 7 people. There are two double bedrooms with 5' beds, the larger of which has an en- suite bathroom with shower.

There is also a twin bedroom with 2 3' beds and a smaller bedroom with a 3' bed and pull- out guest bed. There is also a family bathroom with a wet- room shower. The twin bedroom has a flatscreen TV and DVD player.

Outside

The contemporary development of farm buildings that Owl Barn is set on is an 8 acre site, and is accessed by a secure gated entrance. There is also a lockable separate garage for storing outdoor equipment and bicycles. Cook food on the outdoor barbecue and dine outside on the patio furniture on summer evenings.

Strictly no smoking. No pets allowed. Free WiFi for recreational use only, however the speed and service may depend on the broadband package obtained by the owner.

Around and About

Owl Barn lies just a short drive away from the sandy beaches of Wells, with colourful beach huts and cafes. Also nearby are coastal villages popular with holidaymakers, offering more adventurous activities such as windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and even seal and wildlife spotting trips. For wildlife enthusiasts, the rspb Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Gardens, which is host to the BBC's Spring Watch television series is also within easy reach, as is Sculthorpe Mill- an 18th Century Inn offering great food and drink.
