Families and friends will enjoy holidaying in this beautiful house full of character yet with a modern twist. Dilham is a sleepy Broadland village tucked into an attractive landscape at the top of The Broads National Park. There are meandering walks around Dilham, Honing and East Ruston, including part of the Weavers' Way, a long-distance footpath running from Cromer on the north Norfolk coast to Great Yarmouth on the east coast. Dilham is also close to the destination pub/restaurants of The Gunton Arms and the Suffield Arms, both worth a visit for their food culture, art and atmosphere.

Very welcoming. Keith the owner is very knowledgeable of the local area, places to eat and things to do. If you want a peaceful, restful holiday this is the perfect place nestled in a small village but only 10/20 minutes from busy towns. Would highly recommend it.

The Hayloft was the perfect base for our week in Norfolk. It is a beautifully decorated and well-equipped house and it had plenty of space for our family of four. Keith, the owner, made us feel very welcome and was on hand to help with anything we needed. Dilham is an excellent location from which to explore Norfolk, being an easy drive from the Broads, Norwich and the coast.
