Guests say

Seashells Cottage in Cromer is a charming and well-located holiday home, praised for its proximity to the beach, pier, and local amenities. Guests appreciate its cosy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen, and dog-friendly policy. The cottage is clean and welcoming, with thoughtful touches from the hosts. Some guests noted noise from the neighbouring pub and found the stairs and sofas less comfortable, but overall, the property offers a delightful base for exploring Cromer and the surrounding area.

Multiple reviews highlight the cottage as clean and well-presented, with no significant complaints about cleanliness. Only positive remarks were made regarding the standard of cleaning.

The location is universally praised for its central position, close to the beach, pier, shops, and amenities. The only minor drawback mentioned is the proximity to a busy pub, but most guests found the location ideal.

Guests generally found the cottage cosy and comfortable, with good beds and a homely feel. However, some noted the sofas were low and uncomfortable, the living room was small, and the stairs were steep or awkward, especially for taller guests.

The cottage is described as well-equipped, with a good kitchen and amenities. Some guests noted the absence of a dishwasher and the snug size of the living area for larger groups, but overall facilities met or exceeded expectations.

Several guests appreciated thoughtful touches such as welcome packs, Easter eggs, Prosecco, and fudge. While these gestures are warmly received, please note that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

If you're six foot tall or over you will bang your head on the ceiling going upstairs, you will bang your head on the door frames upstairs.the fence separating the yard from the pub is about 5.5ft tall therefore you can see everyone in the pub beer garden and they can see you.the lounge isn't big enough for two settees.we rang the owners twice, left a message twice on the answer machine and the didn't bother replying.great location, the noise from the pub is what you'd expect being next door,so it didn't bother us.Great shower, great location, everything you need in a kitchen

We had a lovely stay at Seashells Cottage in Cromer. The cottage was very clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is brilliant – just a short walk to the seafront and pier, and very close to the Co-op and other amenities. The cottage is next to a busy pub, so you will hear some noise, but this didn’t bother us at all. In fact, we enjoyed the atmosphere. The owner was also very kind and helpful. We would happily stay here again.
