Situated in the quiet village of Overstrand you have the best of both worlds whether you prefer quiet, leisurely walks by the sea or the traditional fun filled seaside resorts with Cromer just 2 miles away. The cliff top cafe in the village itself is a lovely spot to enjoy fantastic sea views over lunch or a pot of tea, or perhaps you d prefer to drop into the village pub which is situated just a short walk away and offers a fantastic menu of home cooked meals. Amazona Zoo, the North Norfolk Steam Railway, the Georgian Town of Holt full of independent boutique shops and restaurants, and the National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall are all worth a visit. Enter this house into the hallway which leads into the hallway, having a downstairs cloakroom with WC, straight through the hallway leads to the open plan lounge/diner.
