This property is located above a shop in the popular seaside town of Cromer. The town is known for its two sandy beaches which are perfect for enjoying a whole manner of beach activities including swimming, sunbathing, surfing, and beach games. The town s pier is not only home to a traditional theatre but is also an excellent spot for having a try at crabbing which is a fun way to spend an afternoon. There is a good range of shops in the town, as well as an excellent choice of independent restaurants, many of which specialise in fresh locally caught seafood. Heading out of town, there are many interesting day trips on offer in the local area, including to the Norfolk Broads, Amazona Zoo, and the nature reserve at Blakeney Point.
