Most guests found the property very clean, with several reviews specifically mentioning cleanliness. Only one review described the kitchen as 'grim', but this was not a common theme.

The location is universally praised, with guests highlighting the proximity to the sea, town centre, and local attractions. Panoramic sea views are a standout feature.

Fantastic view and position. An old style apartment with old style fixtures and fittings, great, we liked it very much. Internal noise could be a distraction

We had a wonderful week in Cromer. This flat is very basic but the location is excellent. It is very handy for town, pier, activities and bus and rail links. The views from the flat are panoramic. The beds are comfortable and most rooms spacious. The kitchen is a bit grim, ideal for eating out. I would go again if only for the views.

This flat has a lot going for it. Spacious, comfortable and of course the wonderful views. What the blurb doesn’t tell is that the decor and contents are vintage. For some this flat would be a no no. I loved it because it was furnished with the idea of the age of the building. What does need attention, in particular, is the kitchen and bathroom.Having said that the price for this accommodation reflects the way the flat is presented now.It was a very good price, but remember any changes will incur a price rise.I would definitely go back, I was very happy there. For those with sparkling modern homes this may disappoint, but many would love it.
